The food is good but you don't get your money worth I had got tips it was so small I felt like I should have gotten more for 11.00

Went there yesterday and omg at the all you can eat wings walk in music blasting 15 before he ask did we want something to drink he get back as I'm drinking out my cup it's grease in it so we didn't drink anything 30minutes to order another 30 for your food chicken did have a good favor ok so they ate the first order I ordered a polish they had no buns cheese sauce I just don't know what that was soda was hot too ok now here it go the second time the chicken comes out it was raw we left never again some more people's had just came in and left too when they seen our chicken they say the owner was out of town

Terrible food. I've had better bbq from the gas station. Don't waste your money here

FRESH INGREDIENTS...I came here with a person who just started eating meats and only likes beef. He tried the pulled smoked chicken for the first time and he ate every single bite. He had the home made fries too. He said they were so good. The greens are fresh and the make all sauces including mustard and ketchup. The bbq sauce was so good. Wednesday is .50 vent wings and $12.00 all you can eat wings. I can't wait for Wednesday! People here are so friendly. You'll be surprised. Pleasantly.

Decided to come here after my wife was told by a coworker how amazing their food was. Walking up you might be fooled by it's appearance, but once you are met by the staff you realize you're about to experience some delicious food. Excellent customer service, followed by mouth watering smokehouse style meats and sides. Let's just say I'm excited to go back and try more from the menu, asap.

Went today catfish taste like it was sitting in grease forever, bake bean way to sweet and chicken dry. Will not be going back.

The food was amazing. My friend and I came for the Smoked Ribs and were blown away by how good everything tasted.

Food was very good,best corn bread I've ever eaten! The owner was personally waiting tables today and what a very nice gentleman he is. We will return next time we are in Springfield.

Ordered on Grub hub and total for 2 meats and 2 sides was $13. My Wings and rib tips were both burnt (smoked but way overcooked) and fries were very greasy. The place needs some serious updating. I will not be eating here again.

My family loves Andy's. We are from down south and this is the best BBQ in town. Reminds me of home.

Tonight was not a good night at Andy's Smokehouse and we picked it as our first visit. His A/C unit had been stolen. This resulted in his breaker for the kitchen tripping repeatedly. Now, I give this information before I tell you that the service was ok for the havoc that was occurring in the kitchen. We waited, you won't believe this, over an hour for our food. Our appetizer actually came out after our meals. Luckily we were not ignored while we waited. Andy came out and explained what was going on. He made sure that the staff kept us hydrated and informed that our appetizer was being worked on. THE FOOD IS AMAZING!!! It was well worth the wait. Andy did take care of us for having to wait so long for our food but the food is what convinced us to give the service another chance. Visit Andy's Smokehouse. You won't be disappointed no matter how long you have to wait.

My wife and I went in to eat there for the first time November 26th. The inside could be nicer but honestly it just needs more time no dought in our mind that it will be soon. Now for the food we had a walking taco and it was good. My wife had pulled pork and I had pulled chicken and it was awsome. Took meatloaf home and it was amazing. Super nice people and they definitely will have regulars in us. Keep up the great work and I'm counting down the days till I go back.

I ordered a brisket sandwich and coleslaw for carry out. I Got to work and sat down to eat and the brisket was a slice of thin meat with chunks of fat on it on one slice of bread smothered in barbecue sauce. Not at all worth $11.00 dollars. Very disappointed.

Tried to call in and ask a question, and the lady was very rude. No restaurant etiquette at all!

Had rib tip dinner with cowboy beans and potato salad. Well worth the $12. I will be back.

This place is a hidden gem. The food was fantastic.
